To the best of our knowledge the information contained on this website and videos are true and accurate. All hotel bookings are subject to availability and could change without notice. However, at redemption of TruTravel savings certificates all terms and conditions that are in place at that time will be in effect for said TruTravel savings certificates until travel is completed or if travel is cancelled.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- 1-4 Night hotel certificates are valid for 2 adults (21 over) and 2 children (18 under)
- 7 night resort condo stays are valid for maximum occupancy of travelers
- Cost to redeem travel certificates to recieve reservation request form is just a one-time non-refundable $14.95 processing fee.
- The cost upon requesting reservations is just a tax/fee deposit of $33 per night. Taxes/fees range from $12-$33 per night depending on when and where you travel to. If the taxes/fees are less than $33 per night the difference will be refunded after travel is completed.
- 30 days advance notice to begin travel on each hotel certificate
- To guarantee you will show up fo requested traval a REFUNDABLE $50 “Reservation Guarantee Deposit” Refund will be given after completed travel.
- 7 days before and after holidays and conventions are not available.
- Offer is valid 7 days a week subject to availability.
- Friday and Saturday nights will require a surcharge of $20 per night.
- A $5 per person per night surcharge is enforced for each child up to 2 children under the age of 18.
- Offer is not valid for group travel.
- The recipient of this certificate is responsible for all extra expenses including but not limited to: transfers, food, gratuities, all pertinent fees, taxes, hotel surcharges, resort fees and any other miscellaneous expenses.
- If you redeem this certificate online you will be able to instantly print your reservation request form.
- If you cannot print your reservation request form one will be mailed to you. You will receive it within 14 days.
- This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer.
- The experation date on this certificate pertains only to the redemption of this certificate and not to actual travel.
- You must redeem this certiicate by the experation date printed on the certificate to receive the reservation request form.
- You must fill out the reservation request form with you destination choices and arrival dates and mail it to our fulfillment department within 6 months after redemption, however travel can be completed within 12 months after redemption. You will be required to give the travel agency multiple arrival dates and destinations.
- Only one hotel certificate each per household per year. Meaning you can use each ceriticate once per year per household.
- This certificate has no cash surrender value, void if discontinued and where prohibited by law.
- The terms of this offer are subject to change without notice. However upon redemption the terms and conditions that are in effect will be valid until trave is completed.
Refunds and Foretietures
- A refund will be given for taxes/fees if reservations are cancelled before travel is booked. However, the Reservation Guarantee Deposit will not be refunded. Travel is booked 28 days before accepted travel dates.
- A refund is not given if travel is canceled after travel is booked then both taxes/fees and the Reservation Guarantee Deposit we be forfeited.
